Here is the entire set, including a few videos.
Start Slide Show with PicLens LiteIt was a tough decision, but I decided to sell my Canon XTi SLR camera. It was awesome, but I just don’t have the time to learn all the advanced features. Here are a few shots from the replacement.
It’s been a cold and rainy day, so I only took a couple.

And here is the new camera.

Kennesaw Hall – Kennesaw State University
Yes, that’s Kennesaw Mountain taken from the campus of Kennesaw State University.
Start Slide Show with PicLens LiteI took these pictures of this little guy on my recent trip to Kennesaw Mountain. He wasn’t much bigger than a ball of cotton, and he wasn’t afraid of me at all.

This was taken from atop Kennesaw Mountain, about 25 miles north of Atlanta. There are several cannon on top of the mountain, and the area is a national park. A Civil War battle was fought here in 1864.

I currently live in Kennesaw, which is about 25 miles northwest of Atlanta. I took this from the top of Kennesaw Mountain, and you can see the Georgia Dome in the center.
